Gold Fish and other fun

I love to capture the simple "firsts" that my children have. I don't always capture them, but I was able to get the first time Dallin ate Gold Fish cracker. I love that chubby little hand reaching for them.

Waiting in the car at the bus stop. Charlotte and I love to play with the self portrait feature on my phone.
The cousins came over for a slumber party. Oma got everyone new pajamas.

Cinderella's carriage/pumpkin

Charlotte had SO much fun making this tiny pumpkin into a carriage for Cinderella. In fact after this one rotted enough to throw it away, she made another one.

Dallin's first little suit. I was dying from the cuteness!!!

 They both are so handsome.

CarMANS best friend.

Our neighbor has dogs that Carmen is absolutely in love with! She loves them as her own and tells everyone that she has a dog. Lola and Nanie are the sweetest dogs and we enjoy them every bit we can, but then send them along with their owner. Carmen is constantly asking us to get her a dog, which if I had anything to do with it, would never happen! At least not for a long time.

Instead we got her some glasses. Isn't she so cute with them on?!

Growing Pains

I think Aliza must be growing. Or else kindergarten is really rough!

Our first hospital stay

Dallin got admitted to the hospital with Bronchitis in early December. It's pretty challenging to keep a 9 month old baby hooked up to monitors. He was well enough to still crawl around an be pretty active, but he still needed to have his oxygen monitored. It made for a really long night with him.

Aliza's Birthday

Aliza picked a Spa party theme for her birthday this year. She was beyond excited for her friends to come over!
This was the family birthday cake, and it was quite delicious!
Making a wish
Daddy brought her flowers! He always knows how to make a girl feel special.
I think she was really surprised about this one - Barbie and the Pop star Polly Pockets.

Aliza was all about the purple this year, modeling her new outfit in front of the birthday banner.

 The party favors

We had so much fun with mani/pedis, facials, snacks, bracelet making and lots of dancing.
Her favorite gift was our family's very first Lego's. We had so much fun putting this set together. Everyone asked for Lego's for Christmas this year!
