Daffodil Hill
Last weekend our family had the rare opportunity of having nothing to do on Saturday! So we seized the day and went on an adventure. I had heard of this place called Daffodil Hill several years ago and had wanted to go, but forgot all about it until last week. So, we grabbed the GPS and jumped in the car and made the 2 hour drive to see a field of flowers. And boy are we glad we did! It was absolutely beautiful and such a fun day with the family. We saw horses and pigeons and chickens and roosters and peacocks - aside from the 4 acres of blooming daffodils. After walking the ground of the farm we had a picnic lunch under some shade trees and really enjoyed one another's company. It had been a long time since we had done something like this. And we got some pretty fun pictures as well.
