As usual, December turns into a very busy month with a lot going on each week. But here are just a few quiet moments that I wanted to capture.
Aliza lost her two front teeth, but don't sing the song because it just makes her mad! She does not want her two front teeth for Christmas.
Carmen works so hard at her homework. It doesn't always come easily for her. But she's so smart and very creative. But more often than not, tears are shed while doing homework. My mom reminded me just yesterday that I was the exact same way as a child. I guess it's just payback.
Dallin and I took a lunch break while doing some Christmas shopping. This boy does not like shopping, but he does love Chic-fil-a, so I can usually bribe him with that.
Carmen taught us how to do straw weaving. She made this beautiful scarf that she gave as a white elephant gift at Activity Days. So many people we impressed and she started taking orders! We've made two more and have several more that need to be made still.
Charlotte drew a snowman...on her leg. Thank goodness it wasn't on my new rug or sofa!
And Dallin got a big boy haircut. It was actually way too short for my liking. I miss his little curls. And he loves his planes and helicopters.
