Charlotte took a fun soccer class through the YMCA. She was very proud of the medal she got at the end.

Then Dallin and I went to help with a tasting table in her classroom.
And Carmen's class had been studying the regions of Virginia and had a potluck lunch where they tasted all sorts of regional Virginia foods. It was a fun time!

After living in Charlottesville 4 1/2 years, we finally checked out the Virginia Discovery Museum here in town. And it was pretty fun! I hadn't heard very good things about it, so I never took the time to go. But I'm glad we finally did!
The girls favorite part was the replica of Panera Bread where they could pretend to work. It was really pretty cool and kept their attention for a long time.

This was one very blustery day while we waited on Carmen to finish her piano lessons. On our drive home we had to take a detour because our regular road home was closed due to downed trees. It was very windy that day.
Dallin finally got a boy room! No more lilac walls! This was a fun project for me. I still have some fun decor to hang on the walls.
And a few days later we got new carpet! Bye bye nasty old carpet. This was an unbelievable amount of work to accomplish. We practically had to MOVE OUT; empty every room completely. The hardest part was Grandma Bean was arriving from California the same day. And I hosted Thanksgiving dinner 2 days later, and then a baptism right after that.... it was a stressful week.
Snuggles with my babies. I believe this was actually Thanksgiving Day. This was between all the cooking and cleaning before family arrived.
