David had an unusual amount of time off from traveling this summer and it was amazing! He was able to read stories with the kids and hang out and it just made for a spectacular summer.

I think tie-dye makes it on our summer bucket list every year. We knocked it out early in the summer!
Camping with our friends the Sorensen's was also on our bucket list! While it was on our list, we sort of left on a whim. Both families realized we could make it work on this particular weekend, so we packed up and went! David did have to work late this night, so we left without and he later met us there.
Shortly after this picture was taken the skies opened and poured rain upon us! It left out site a muddy mess, but we still have fun. And the Beans can't seem to go camping without it raining.
The next weekend was the 4th of July. We also have friends over for fireworks and a cook out.
We had our friends the Sorensens, Bayless', and Witt's over to celebrate.
