Stragglers

I'm so dissapointed that these pictures didn't make it into the blog book for last year. I had pictures on my phone that I couldn't get off for some reason. So here are a few stragglers from the end of the year. 

We spent some good family time playing Pie face, UNO and Ticket to Ride.

I'm trying to take a selfie and she's cheating, looking at my cards! I didn't realize until I looked at the picture later.

We got invited to a fun Christmas party at the Zobrist's home. It was a lovely spiritual beginning and ended in a rambunctious rendition of the 12 Days of Christmas. Each family was given one of the days in the song and had to make it their own. We got the 10th day - 10 Lords a Leaping. Well we switched it up to 10 Beans a Jumping! And dressed as Mexicans. Mexican Jumping Beans...get it ?

Dallin had a genuine fear of the Elf on the Shelf. We had to put it away because he was so scared. But a few days later, he asked me if he could see the elf. He wanted to hold it. So I quick grabbed my camera to catch whatever was going to follow.... well Dallin held it and tried to squeeze the life out of that thing! And then we had to put it away again.

Spreading the reindeer food on Christmas Eve. Koda promptly came and ate, and then pooped glitter for the next few days. 

And this is today! Our first snow fall in our new house and Koda's first snow day. He loves it! And he was so cooperative to ride on the sled over and over again.
