This is my favorite school trip to attend. I really try to go on all my kids field trips, but sometimes I just can't make it. However, the Natural Bridge and Safari park are one I never miss! This time I went with Aliza's class. Natural bring is just such a beautiful area. I like to imagine I am one of the tribal Indians that lived along the river banks at the bridge. What a wonderful place it must have been to live.

The safari park is always an adventure. First, we got to feed these birds. They will land all over you if you hold one of the "treat sticks".
Then we loaded the wagons and got our food buckets and were off on our safari! It's a pretty wild time and hilarious to watch the animals and kids interact. We fed bison, camels, pigs, lamas, alpacas, giraffes and an assortment of other animals I'm not really sure what they were....
The giraffes are my most favorite part!!! I just think they are beautiful animals.
After the safari ride, we still had a little food left over that Aliza fed to some happy goats.
My favorite part of the trip was after the bus loads of kids left, Aliza and I stuck around and walked through the park again by ourselves! It was so great to just chat with her and do whatever we wanted.
