After much, much trepidation, we finally got the keys to the new house!!!! (Although we still hadn't closed....)
The girls went to their last day at Baker Butler. It was such a sad day to say goodbye to many wonderful teachers and friends. The girls all got a lot of love notes and gifts from friends.
Carmen got invited by some kids at her new school to attend the Harlem Globe Trotters game. I thought that was so nice of them to even think of including her, before she had even started school there yet.
The moving truck finally arrived...
This was the first day at Meriwether Lewis. It was such a nerve wracking day for everyone. We were all feeling anxious to start at a new school... and so close to the end of the school year. But they came home with smiles on their faces and all made a fairly seamless transition.
